Reserved parking for all homes is under the building with an oversize garage door to provide ample room for a large boat and storage. Each of the luxury homes has three bedrooms and three full baths.   Palmetto Pointe will use the latest technology in building and development management. To preserve the natural setting, there will be a minimum of 50% green space (natural setting) maintained. The buildings are concentrated in the center of the island to allow for open and natural areas along the edge of the island. This also minimizes the use of concrete and paving.  Alternate pervious compounds will be used, if possible, for roads to allow rainwater to be absorbed into the ground and not drain into the pristine natural waters. Landscaping will be professionally designed and maintained.  Not only will the original trees be preserved, but many new indigenous plants will be added to enhance the beauty of the island.

  At the western end of the community and away from the homes will be a relaxing pool and fitness center. Under the fitness center will be an open community area, complete with grills, seating tables and lighting. This area will be available for the owners to entertain  small or large gatherings at their convenience.
