Welcome to the powerful Charleston MLS system designed for buyers and sellers of lowcounrty real estate. When you click on the Search Link below you will be taken to the Charleston MLS. You can search for every type of home, condo or land offering currently active in the Charleston MLS system. For your convenience, direct links have been placed on the home page www.dustinryan.com and on the bottom of each page of this website.Maximize our Technology
For those of you wishing to receive automated updates of your search:
1. Click the YOUR ACCOUNT button on the top of the MLS search window.
2. Enter a user name and password. If you are a new user click the NEW USER button and enter your information, including email address.
3. Once you have completed the form your PIN # will be emailed to you.
4. Login on the YOUR ACCOUNT button. Click SAVED SEARCHES and create a new search.
5. Once you have the criteria you prefer click SEARCH NOW. Your available homes will be listed in the window.
6. Click the SAVE SEARCH on the top of the window and give your search a name. You can chose to receive automatic updates when new listings match your search by clicking the YES in the window.
You can choose to cancel the updates at any time by logging in and deleting the saved search. If you have any questions about using this program email or call me at any time.
